3 Events You May Need To Rent Portable Restrooms For This Spring
Posted on: 3 April 2019
When planning an event, it is important to make sure that you plan for restrooms as well. Restrooms may not be the most glamour part of planning a large event, but they are often one of the most crucial elements if you want your event to go off well. A large event without adequate toilets will not go off right.
There are lots of outside spring events where portable restrooms will enhance the quality of your event.
#1 Outside Races
The spring season is filled with a variety of half-marathons, marathons, and fun runs. All these races need restrooms. With races, you want to have restrooms that are located at both the start line and the finish line of the race, especially if these are in two different locations. For longer races, you'll also want to put restrooms near the biggest viewing spots along the race; remember, you need to provide restrooms for the spectators and race workers and volunteers, not just the runners. Take into consideration everyone who will be attending and participating in the event when determining how many restrooms you need.
#2 Spring Festivals
Spring is also the start of festival season, with festivals ranging from music festivals to beer festivals to food festivals and just about every variation in between. When planning a festival, you need to make sure to include restrooms in the plan. Once again, you need to think about providing restrooms for everyone attending and working the festivals. It can help with the overall flow of your festival to have multiple restroom sites. Have some restrooms just for spectators and some just in area that performers and workers can access.
Be sure to also rent some portable sinks as well. Keeping hands clean and germs to a minimum will help with the success of your festival, especially if food is being served or the festival lasts for multiple days.
#3 Easter Get-Togethers
If you are planning any big Easter gather, be sure to rent some portable toilets. Easter gathers are usually targeted towards families with children, so instead of renting the regular small restrooms, rent some larger family-style restrooms that will allow the parents to easily use the restroom with the kid. Be sure to rent restrooms that include changing tables for the babies as well. You may also want to consider portable restroom trailers, which have more of the feel and design of a regular restroom.
When planning an event this spring, be sure to include portable toilets in your plan. Having the right number of restrooms will help ensure your event goes off as smoothly as possible.
